Gyroscope's Strategic Master Plan for this venerable natural history museum envisions major changes, including on-site visitor workshops and small neighborhood satellites called "Science Spots". Our new business model for the museum would tie fees to the services visitors actually use. A new, underground collection storage facility with a magnificent roof top garden restores the former entrance to the historic structure and allows separate ticketing for customized tours. Our scope of work included visitor experience planning, architectural programming and design, and a concept for expanding the historic structure.
Master Plan Completed: 2005
